Terms of Prohibited Conduct

To ensure fair and safe use of our store, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

1. Chargebacks
   • Initiating a chargeback despite our compliance with stated policies.
2. Bulk Purchases of the Same Item
   • Large-quantity purchases of the same product, regardless of resale intention.
3. Refusal to Pay Customs Duties / Refusal of Delivery
   • Any refusal to pay customs duties, or rejection of shipments at the time of delivery.
4. Abusive or Threatening Behavior
   • Sending one-sided demands, threatening or harassing messages, or using offensive language (so-called “customer harassment”).

Additional Prohibited Behaviors

• Creating multiple accounts to bypass store restrictions.
• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen credit cards or false personal information.
• Repeated order cancellations or behavior that disrupts store operations.

Consequences
If any of the above are confirmed, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently ban the customer from our store without notice. From that point onward, the customer will no longer be entitled to any support or assistance from our store.
