Attention for our FedEx tracking

Regarding attention in our FedEx tracking updates, here's a summary to clarify the process:

FedEx Tracking > Travel History

  1. Shipment Information Sent to FedEx:  This step means the shipping label has been created and the packing completed. It's typically handed over to a local courier within 24 hours, but this initial transit isn't shown in the tracking results.
  2. Picked Up (CHIBA-SHI HANAMIGAWA-KU): The local courier transfers the package to FedEx, which then moves it to Narita Airport and onwards to your country. Tracking updates become more detailed from this point.

It usually takes about a day to move from step 1 to step 2, but during busy times, weekends, or holidays, this can extend to 2-4days. If tracking pauses at step 1, it doesn't imply the package hasn't shipped—it may still be transitioning to FedEx.We have not had issues where tracking stopped indefinitely at this stage. Please be patient for updates to resume.Thank you for your understanding.
