When we start pre-order for a "popular item", we do not usually list all the stock we have ordered.
For example, if we ordered 1000 pcs to distributor, we will only list 200-500pcs for pre-order.
Because product company may onesidedly reduce the quantity of stocks for such a popular product just before the release date, we can't list all stock we have ordered for pre-order.
It's also to avoid the cancellation for Pre-orders, we haven't cancelled any pre-order since we opened our store.
When how much stocks we can get is determined finally, we will list more stocks if possible.
(This will be a few days before the release date or on the day of release depending on the product)
